Avimozith-250 & Avimozith-500 Tablet is a prescription macrolide antibiotic used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections by stopping the growth of bacteria. It is not effective against viral infections like the common cold or flu.

Uses:
Azithromycin is used to treat infections in many different parts of the body, including:
- Respiratory tract infections such as pneumonia, bronchitis, and strep throat.
- Ear infections (acute otitis media).
- Skin infections
- Sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including chlamydia, gonorrhea, and chancroid.
- Traveler’s diarrhea and certain other intestinal infections.
