Lexytaz-4.5 Injection is a powerful, broad-spectrum antibiotic formulation containing Piperacillin 4 g and Tazobactam 0.5 g. Lexytaz-4.5 is indicated for the treatment of serious infections such as:

Dosage & Administration
Administer by intravenous (IV) or intramuscular (IM) route as directed by a physician.
The dosage and duration depend on the severity of infection and patient condition.
Reconstitute only with the recommended diluent and use immediately after preparation.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry, dark place below 25 °C. Protect from light and moisture. Reconstituted solution should be used immediately or as per pack instructions.
